Neighbours complains about loud playing kids
Hello. Some neighbours complained to council that kids are playing too loud on their own premises at 5PM then I received phone call from council to stop noises of children. Is it not against the law ?

    Hello P:

I don't think noise from children at 5 PM would be against the law...

COMPLAINING about children playing at 5 PM should be, though.

If the Council called you I assume you are in the UK. What are the rules? Were the complaints that the children were too loud and disruptive?

Yes I live in England and children ware playing on my driveway 5PM not louder than other children around. I'm a bit scared and don't want to let children play outside house. Should I be afraid or let them play as normal on my driveway??

How afraid are you that the council will take action against you?

Why are your children being singled out?
