Can I ask my husband to stop seeing our child if he does not support us?
My husband does not provide for me and my son. Can I ask for restraining order?

A restraining order keeps a dangerous person away from you. I don't see that. Go BACK to Court and get your support order enforced.

If you don't have a support order, get one.

Are you in the same household? Are you separated? What State/Country?

We need more info. In general he does not have support your child unless he is ordered to do so. Should he support the child automatically? Of course. Does he HAVE to? No.

And he does not have to support you UNLESS you are separated or divorced and there is a Court Order in place.

The short answer is no. Visitation rights are not dependent upon support payment.

    - And failure to support does not lead to a restraining order under any circumstances.
