How are the other pups in the litter and the mother? Is he still with the litter?
Does he have any other symptoms? Does he seem like he is in pain? Has he used the bathroom since you have been watching him?
Does anyone know how he was doing yesterday?
What have you tried to get him to eat/suckle?
Is he making any attempts to drink water? Pedialyte can help keep him hydrated until you can get him to the vet, but there are too many things that could be wrong with him from getting into something he shouldn't have to disease to missing his litter if he has been removed from them this early in his young life.
I highly recommend finding the money for an emergency vet visit. Puppies can go down hill extremely fast if they aren't drinking.
I sincerely hope he gets better very quickly.
The other pups are doing great. He drinks a little water when he uses the bathroom it seems to be mucos like. He doesn't act like he is in pain. He was the same yesterday as today he hasn't gotten any worse I took a syringe and gave him a little milk and he swallowed it. I will go to town and get some pedialyte. He couldn't have gotten into something as he ands the rest of the litter and the mom are in the house in a room to themselves
Get some honey and put it on his tongue... a drop at a time, about a minute apart for about 5 drops, then a little water. Pups need to have some energy, and a little honey is better than nothing.
I was going to suggest a sugar water, but honey would work I suppose too. There are many reasons as to why your pup could be not eating, anything from injury, illness to parasites.
Puppies are usually voracious eaters, that's why when they stop eating it's serious cause for concern. They can go from bad to deadly in a matter of hours. Please get him to a vet as soon as possible. In the meantime, like mentioned, please keep him as hydrated as possible. You can purchase things such as puppy milk from local grocery stores, this might be a good option for you now. Please keep us posted.
