Hello kind folks. Happy 4th of July!

I just completed 5 yrs of probation, with no issues, for trafficking 1st degree, 1st offense. (In Kentucky) My question, I was given five yrs, suspended in lieu of probation. Is this conviction a Class C or D? The second part, if it's a class D, I believe I have a shot at getting this expunged. It's my only charge, and I took full responsibility, and did things right on paper.

Please let me know your thoughts.

I couldn't tell what conviction you have by your sentence. You have paperwork from the court... That's where I'd look.. If you have a shot at expungement, it probably won't come for another 5 years.

Thanks for the help, excon. I'll update how it goes. I did file the other day to have expunged, so we'll see how it goes in front of the judge. Apparently, they can grant it after 5 yrs. According to clerk. We'll see. Best wishes... RM
