My son moved into my home a couple years ago, I now own the mobile home and the park put him on the lease too, How can I evict him since his name is on the lease.. We live in California

What is the reason you want to make him move.

They could not have just "put him on the lease" you had to agree to it also.

And the lease he is on, is just for the land where the mobile home is sitting ?
