I have an ex-wife and daughter that left me 15 yrs ago when I was in the Navy. I was paying the court ordered child support for approx a year. Then ex-wife and daughter up and left state without letting me know of their location. Finally due to the internet I was able to locate daughter and begin a relationship. Started paying support again but ex wife is threatening to go after support for all those years I was unable to locate them. Will Pennsylvania law consider that abandonment and not issue retroactive support. I live in Arkansas so not familiar with Pennsylvania law. Thanks for any input.
