Ok this has been going on and off. This guy stared at me, I mean it wasn't a mean stare but sort of a knowing cool stare. We used to bump into each other a lot then stopped for awhile now its off and on. I have read stuff on body language and he was talking and gave me a look... a look that sent chills down my spine and had me thinking ***. Now why doesn't he just come up and talk to me. He's the kind of guy that comes off as arrogant and not the kind to have fun type so I'm confused... he looks at me differently then I have seen him talk to others and such... he kind of freaks me out and he's cute but I'm afraid of him, does he pick up on this and why he won't talk to me? Any insights... anyone?

If he freaks you out and he scares you-ignore him.

Ayee ! He sounds like he might kind of like you but he might not , I Don't Know , Mabey He Might not come up and talk to you because he is scared , You might want to go up and talk to him( N O T in a defensive way *** i.e. : Why Don't You Talk To Me Anymore!! *** because he will feel weird ) Just about anything like normal stuff ; Also Has he been talking to other people... if not then he's probably sad or something , it'll pass by
