Ok so I work the overnight shift now. I usually go into work at 10 pm. For the past few days I've taken sleeping pills at around noon time, so that I be well rested for work at night. BUT, despite taking TWO tablets of sleep aid, I have trouble falling asleep! What could be the issue?! Could it be the pills are not strong enough or has my body absorbed so much that the pills just don't work for me anymore?
