Most likely you can't. There are not really free money to give business for anything, Most grants are for things like solar energy, or for starting a business in economic depressed area.

If you have good contracts you can look into business loan.

Grants for small business start ups would be the only thing I can think of that the government would hand out but I'm sure those are few and far between unless you are here in the US on some kind of 7 year foreign worker deal, then you'd have no problem, but if you are an American, then guess what you won't qualify.
