    Me an Indian citizen and presently staying in India.I need to go to UK for a short period on inter company transfer policy ,say about 3/4 month.I have a pending criminal case(498a/304b ipc) in India and it now in court for last 2 years.My question - will I get work permit/visa from UK visa agencies?

    You won't get a UK visa if you have a pending criminal court case in India.
