I never see my kids anymore due to not giving the mother my current address of where my kids would be when I have them... What can I do?

Let her know where her children are going to be when there with you, that is not an unreasonable request from the mother.

She needs to know.

Having been a single mother for many years, I must say that I totally agree I was caught in this situation a couple of times when my children were taken from where they should be to another location that was kept from everyone. Needless to say I was a basket case when I couldn't find them. Not an unreasonable reqest indeed.
