For a few months now I've had little red dots where I shaved with a cheap razor on my bikini line. I need them gone. So what works? And should I pluck the hair for them to go or will that agitate it further?

Just keep socking the moisturizer to it and in future use a depilatory to remove bikini line hair. IUsing Nair or a similar product, and there are good ones on the market now for bikini line, you will eliminate this worry entirely.
