    The indicated dosage is (generic, tab) 10 = hydrocodone 325 = acetaminophen.

    While the acetaminophen is non-narcotic it can adversely effect your liver after 1) long term use, or 2) overdose, or 3) if you drink alcohol while taking the drug, or 4) have a history of alcoholism or liver disease.
