Am I elligible for a L1 Visa to the USA?
    Hi,

I currently hold the position of 'manager on duty' in an american hotel chain in Belgium. I have this position since April 2010 and I work for the group since April 2009.

Could any one help? Anybody having a L1 visa?
Do you know a good lawyer?

    Thank you so much,

The L-1 visa is for a multinational transferee executive, upper level manager or specialized knowledge employee.

It depends on your actual job duties, level of responsibility, employees supervised, your degree (possibly), your specific training and experience. You must have at least one year of experience in either of the three capacities and be transferred to a qualifying US entity (parent, subsidiary, branch or affiliate).

Lots of good immigration lawyers, find one that is a certified specialist. Consult with your HR. good luck!

Thanks for the comments; I think I will contact the HR of the company.
