Hey my name is amanda I'm 22 yrs old I was on depo for 1 year before as soon as I stopped I got pregnant, now that I'm back on it I have had two shots already but after my first one I had spotting and was sexually active and currently on medications is there a chance the other meds couldve canceled it out and could I be pregnant while on it I'm having all symptoms of pregnancy?

It's my understanding that the Depo Provera shot doesn't pass through the intestines (obviously, it's an injection) so antibiotics don't decrease its efectiveness.
