I am a Portuguese national holding valid Portuguese passport. I need to know now I want to register my marriage. My husband is Yemeni national. I would like to know what is the procedure to register our marriage. I have got civil marriage certificate from Government of Goa which is translated and stamped from home dept. my husband lives in Saudi Arabia. Now I want to know what is the procedure? Where do I register my marriage in Goa-India or Saudi Arabia. Please suggest...
