I'm recently on probation for possession of marijuana misdemeanor charge in which I received probation before judgment. This was my only and 1st offense. I recently was ordered to appear back in court for testing positive for THC in my urine. I had taken a total of 5 tests. 4 of those resulted in positive results, each time having a lesser concentration or percentage of THC. The 5th test was negative. I'm a married 37 year old female with 3 kids, and recently just got a job after being unemployed for almost 9 months. I have already completed my community service. What type of judgment should I expect to be handed down?

Failing a urine test while on probation 4 out 5 times for a possession of marijuana misdemeanor charge, 1st offense.

So I am confused, did you get a new possession charge ? Or is it the failed tests that you are going back for ?

Most likely a very hard lecture by the judge and put back on probation, and watched very closely and revolked for another failed test
