I'm looking for some cool, fun, and easy science experiments to do at home like making hot ice or something cool like that. Anyone got any ideas?

I used to endlessly amuse myself making volcanoes out of vinegar and baking soda. People also seem to enjoy adding Mentos to a 2-liter coke bottle. The reaction is a pretty violent eruption of Coke out the top of the bottle so needless to say do that outside.
