Been married several years my wife filing for divorce and she is not letting me see the kids or talk to them on the phone , I don't know on what basis she issued restraining order againist me towards herself and the kids.

Your wife didn't issue a restraining order against you, a court did. So you need to check the court records and find out why. You should have had an opportunity to appear in court to argue against the order, did you?

Did your wife already file for divorce? Have you counter filed for joint custody and visitation?
