Today,10:00AM am being evicted,after 8mths battle with greentree. Will I have anytime after 10:00 to retrieve my outside belongings?

Are you being evicted or foreclosed? If a sheriff is coming to execute an eviction order, then your belongings will be either moved to a storage facility at your expense or just put out on the street. If they are put out on the street, then you have until someone takes them to have them carted away.

If an eviction order is being executed, I would recommend you hire a mover or rent a truck and get as much of your belongings in it as you can. I can only wonder how you let it get this far.
