    You file a lawsuit against them, go to trial and win the case. Then you have a judgment against them.

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    You don't "put" a judgment on someone. You file suit against the party and, if you win the suit, the court awards you a judgment.

    If you want to explain the circumstances we can advise what courts to file in and maybe your chances of winning.
