I have a 62 gallon model V200 Aqua-Air water system - it started leaking down near the bottom of the tank. Very small pin hole. Please advise quick repairs - Family needs water.

    Thanks

Sorry, but the tank will need to be replaced.

I agree with MDG but you can try an old trick in the meantime. Release the pressure on the tank, drill and tap a small machine thread through the pinhole 6/32 or something like that, it shouldn't leak without pressure. Now, get a stainless steel screw of the same size, a small rubber washer, glob 5 minute epoxy on the screw and washer, tighten, wait for 20 minutes or so and repressure. I've had a patch like this last 3+ yrs. On a water tank but no guarantee. A lot depends on the metal thickness of the tank, but at least worth a try.

As on all bladder tanks, the pressure should be set to 2# below the cut in pressure of the pump. This should be done with the pump off and pressure drained to zero by opening up a faucet. So, if a pump turns on at 30#, for example, the pressure would be set to 28#.
