I had been with GEICO. And I switch over to State Farm auto. But I am puzzle in the
Contact information. The only number is my State Farm agent's number for accidents and road service.
I guess my agent calls the garage too. GEICO had 800 number for road service and another number for claims.

State Farm is an agent based carrier. Most things go through the agent. So you would call your agent for claims. Ask your agent for a # to call when his office is closed.

Geico is not agent based. Everything goes through a central claims processing department.

State Farm does not provide on site road service, it does pay you back for road service you may have used. And I know that if my agent is not in, I have a cell phone to call them, Also there is a toll free number to call in the answering machine
