Well I'm so mad now I'm rasing here for 4 month and she lvoes me and trust me and eats from my hand and everything and when I'm here she doesn't are she turns here bak to me sign of trust . And sometimes standon my hand . Today she is trying to bite me and VICOUSLY and madley and she puffs up and get mad when she see my finger what do I do . I scared here by putting my celuler near here she went crazy flying... do I punish here tell me

Don't punish a canary. It's not a child or dog or other animal who can learn that way. Canaries aren't nearly as tame as other birds. You scared yours with the cell phone, YOUR FAULT. Now wait patiently for her to trust you again, trying little by little to put your finger near her again, and if she doesn't like it, go away.

Well, you scared her, so the trust is gone. That's likely why she's biting you. You can build trust with a bird, but break it once and you're back at square one. In fact, you're a few steps behind square one, because now the bird has learned that you can't always be trusted.
