The washer stopped and the display say "LG" which I'm told stand for long drain. Where do I get access to the drain to clear it?

What is the model number? If you can find a PDF book online it should show you what to do. It is supposed to have a self-cleaning filter so I cannot see how it would clog up. Look for any kink in drain hose first. DrTom4444
