Can a person have too little fat?
My boyfriend is interested in body building and attaining a perfect muscular cut body. He lifts weights and works out on the stairmaster for cardio. He wants definition of his muscles which he has been developing. He is very close to his goal. He wants the 6 pack and the separated, striated muscles. He eats a very strict diet of mostly protein and very little carbs. I have become very worried because lately his skin is paper thin and losing it's elasticity. I'm worried that he is losing too much body fat. His face is very drawn in. He thinks he still has a little fat on his stomach because he can't see the 6 pack, but I don't think that he has fat on his stomach. It's just skin that I can see. He is taking fat burners. I asked him to stop the fat burners, but he won't stop. Do you have any suggestions or advice?

He needs a proper medical exam to see if his entire body system is balanced
