    Probation violation consequences for misdemeanor
    I have misdemeanor probation and I got a misdemeanor probation violation for 3rd degree assault c misdemeanor. What will happen?

    Well first you will have new charges to answer and deal with.
    Was your first sentence for the same type of crime ?
