Hi My name is Lindsey and I am 29 years old. I am seeing some signs of pregnancy but am unsure if I really am pregnant. If I am I know I would only be 3-4 weeks. I have had mild headaches over the last 2 weeks and my periods have been a little off, in April I had it on the 24th, In May I had my period on the 30th. On the 25th of June in the am I seen spotting, almost like when I wiped it was watercolored looking pinkish red. Since that one time I have had no more blood come out so I am not sure if it is my period or if I am pregnant. Last week I was experiencing cramping in my lower abdomen. This week it is Lower back pain. Could I be Pregnant?
