    NY SUI/SDI - Included as withheld tax on return?
    Hi all. I'm a New York resident and I am currently preparing my 2006 state and federal returns. I am wondering if I can include the NY SUI/SDI as part of my state tax withheld, or if it's irretrievable like the Social Security & Medicare taxes. Thanks!

    It is irretrievable, just like Social Security and Medicare taxes.
