I am German National my wife is Pakistani National we applied first time EEA Visa in Sep 05 in Germany and received same day,we lived with our 3 kids (German national) about 10 months in uk and than moved to Dubai,once we applied EEA visa there we got it without problem.Now we are living in Pakistan but I am working in Dubai and applied again EEA visa in Pakistan that was rejected with grounds that in bank statements are irregular deposits and I am failed to provide National Insurance contributions.We have appealed against it and waiting since 5 months.

Any advice what to do further,if it will take long ? If it will be rejected ? Should we apply again ?

There are 2 things that you can do. I am a pakistani national with my wife bearing a german passport. Normally I use to get my visas easily from pakistan but once I got rejected. I had my wife hire a lawyer in germany who wrote to the german embassy in islamabad seeking a reason for the rejection and they applogised and gave me the visa. Second thing is that it is better that you apply for a family reunion visa.
