My friend had unprotected sex on the 3rd day of her period, and her boyfriend had relelased sperm inside her. Not too long till after she got off they continued to have sex and he continued to release inside her, since then she has been throwing up and eating a lot more and she has sleeping entirely more than before. My question is my friend pregnant? And if so how far along ? And does urine actually kill sprem?

Anytime a woman has sex, especially unprotected sex, even during her period, she can get pregnant, so yes, your friend may be pregnant. How long ago did all this happen?

Her period was on the 26 of may and she had sex on the 29 so basically last month but once she got off they were still having sex

It doesn't matter WHEN she had sex--if she's had ANY sex since the FIRST DAY of her last period, she could be pregnant.

She needs to see a doctor. Either she's pregnant or she's very ill, but either way she needs medical intervention.
