There's two long flaps of skin inside of my area down there. I'm 18 and I've never had sex. I think it's called Labia, but I'm not sure for certain, it took me off guard and I really want to know if it's a problem or not. Please help me.

There is an inner labia and an outer labia. All women have this. It is nothing to worry about.
