Hi,
I was asked to bid on cleaning a 2 bed 2 bath condo about 1100 SF.
Walls are going to newly painted(no cleaning there) and all trim is new(no cleaning required).
Contractor wants all cabinets, bathrooms, closets, and about 8 windows(2 payned)cleaned, along with the tile floors.
I wanted to charge .20 PSF, but fear this might be too much. I normally do regular residential cleanings and really want to get started in the construction clean up biz as well.
I will be working alone and imagine it will take me about 4-5 hours.
The place will already be swept up and all trash will be removed prior to me getting there.
Any help would be appreciated.
