I've missed my period for 2months and all I had was a little brown discharge for less than 5 minutes. What does this mean?

Have you had intercourse, protected or unprotected? If so, of course, you could be pregnant.

Well if you are young and you haven't had your period for very long.. maybe 3 or 4 years or so, it is normal if you missed it a few times. But if you have had intercourse then it is possible that you could be pregnant, if you did then take a pregnancy test. If you haven't and you have only had your period for 1-4 years its normal.. just ask your doctor.
