The driver side is the problem. It looks like the bumper must come off and the light assmbly must be removed??

Open your hood and look at the headlight assembly. The bulb harness should be given a quarter turn counterclockwise and it should come right out. Try not to let your fingers make direct contact with the new bulb. Sweat and oils from your fingers can shorten the bulb life.
