My A/C kicks on after about an hour driving. If I'm lucky, sometimes it will kick on before that. Sometimes it works right away. Some days it doesn't work at all. Oh let me clarify... it blows air just fine, just hot air, and then finally the cold air comes through. My heat works just fine. Any ideas what it might be and how expensive this is going to be for me?

Also, I don't know if this has anything to do with it, the lights a/c lights, defrost lights, etc. randomly blink, seemingly not having any kind of connection whether the a/c is cold or not. It also does this in the winter time. Very random blinking.
