Damn 18... awe I'm 14 now... my mom could care less about piecings but my pesumed father(long story)took my mom to court and now I can't get pircings or even get my hair dyed with out written permision from my presumed father with in a 30 day notice...

With DNA nowadays, there are no more presumed fathers.

Depends where you live... most states its 18. And you have to have a photo id

Smart dad. You are lucky you have such a caring father that would go to the lengths he has to prevent you from mutilating your body. And unlucky to have a mother who could "care less" about it.
