I am 15 and have had 2 ovarian cysts and have now foud out I have another one. I got my right ovary taken out and now I have a cyst on my left ovary and I was wondering what does it meen to have a pocket of blood leaking from it? Is that bad? I have also had them sergically removed.

I had my first ovarian cyst when I was 9.The doctors said I was the youngest in my region to have had that, and said that it was unexplanable for my case, and what they only knew it happened to older people due to these factors: History of previous ovarian cysts, Irregular menstrual cycles, Increased upper body fat distribution, Early menstruation (11 years or younger), Infertility, Hypothyroidism or hormonal imbalance, Tamoxifen (Soltamox) therapy for breast cancer. Also, contraceptives birth control pill use decreases the risk of developing ovarian cysts because they prevet the ovaries from producing eggs during ovulation.
