I have a friend that is from Ghanna. She has been in the US for three months. Her 2 year old daughter is still in Ghanna. How can she get her daughter to the US?

What is your friends US immigration status? Is she here as a B2 visitor?

Where in the US is she, is she a "real life friend" or is this just a person you have been chatting with on the internet ?

Indeed, this is a variation on a common scam to get your money.
Ghana is the 'I need money to get out of the country' scam capitol of the world. Nothing against any of the good citizens there or from there.
Even if you met her here, and she shows you pictures, the chances are the child doesn't exist or is already here, or something else.
