    And they are reporting it as current and due what do I do?

    If you owed the company money the Chapter 7 does not negate the debt, it lives on. A few more details may help further

    It was included in the Bankruptcy and discharged. The company then sold the debt several months after the discharge and is reporting that we are in current collections.

    You have the attorney that did the bankruptcy write the old and new company informing of that it is illegal to attempt to collect a debt that was discharged.

    You write and dispute the debt with the credit reporting company using a copy of the bankruptcy discharge as proof.
