I have PCOS but for close to a year, my period has been regular without the use of any medications. On 4/24 (day ovulation was to occur according to my calendar), I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. I expected my period on 5/8 but instead had brown spotting for about 4 days and that is it. I missed my period for this month as I was expecting in the 6/5. Yesterday, I had some brown discharge but nothing today. I took a couple of pregnancy tests and they have been negative. For the past month or so, my breasts have been sore and for the past couple of days to a week have been having pain on the left side of my abdomen. Do these symptoms indicate possible causes?
