If you bought flowers & yard décor from a van on a street with signs marked flowers for sale & yard sale, later learned it could be stolen , can you be charged & can they impound your car forever ,charge you & sell your car even if your innocent?

You can be charged, but fines and jail are the punishment if they find you guilty. They CAN'T impound your car over it. If this is happening, see a lawyer. Don't talk to the cops - AT ALL.
