94 civic ex. Almost 2 volts on k test, swapped known good ecm, same volts. Main relay seems to check out. No fuel pump. Fule pump does work when terminals 5-7 jumped. Puzzled. Also with key on the distibutor is clicking, when I do k test , the clicking gets faster?? Thanks for help.
