I been getting white heavy discharge before and after my period I don't know why it dose that but it really bothers me and it last for two weeks both way what is it and what do I need to do

I've been having the same problems. And not only that, the lips covering the clitoris are also a little swollen. I have no idea what to do!! Discharge always comes before menstruation and after it ends it comes again. The cycle just keep going.
