I was with my boyfriend for 2 years. He was 2 years older and I didn't understand the whole college scene and we broke up, about 4 months later I couldn't stand it anymore and called him up, we both cried, got back together and agreed to make it work. A year and a half later he started hanging around new friends and got into drugs. I gave him the choice, his pot or I walk away. He chose his addiction, 2 months later had a new girlfriend and signed up to go to the army. He flunked out of college and called me back and apologized. I love him so much, I have no idea how to handle this after he hurt me so badly.

He already demonstrated to you that he thought less of you than a temporary chemically-induced high on drugs. Then he went out and found a new girlfriend. Chalk that one up to experince and STAY AWAY from him! You have to learn peoples' level of commitment by DEEDS, not by words! Save the sex for after you are MARRIED! That is my two cents, for free!
