I just got my Mirena IUD taken out a month ago and now I am feeling like I am pregnant because I am having morning sickness or feels like I want to vomit and nauseated but my question is, is it possible that I am pregnant but I haven't had sex intercourse for a year??

But a year ago I always had sex with my exboyfriend and he always came inside of me with my iud inside. I am just worried what if the day after my obygyne took out the iud in me then the sperm like a year ago was still active or what not. So, it is not possible to get pregnant? My girlfriend was kind of like worried and upset and mad because she think I cheated on her. Please help me. I feel like what a pregnant woman should feel.. :(

But I am so worried. I am feeling the symptoms of pregnancy. But I am pretty sure like hundred percent that I didn't had sex to anyone for a year because I do love my girlfriend. I am scared!
