At 22 you have finished growing.
Other than platform shoes you only option would be serious invasive surgery..

Most likely you will not grow any more. But even if you do some, it would only be well less than one inch.

I am 63 and have not been able to wear pants off the rack for nearly my entire life. It ticks me off once and awhile but it is not all that bad once you accept yourself for your other strengths.

My first sewing lessons from my mom were how to neatly shorten skirts and pants because that's what I would have to do all my life. She also told me good things come in small packages.
