I have recently discovered as in today a lump to the left of my penis and a little higher where the main bulk of pubic hair is. It has two small pimple things around it, which I popped and blood seeped from. It is not itchy, but isn't very comfortable and when I put my fingers around it, I can feel that it is like a big spot of cyst that seems to go quite deep into my skin and on the surface. I am very worried, as I had a full sti check like a month ago? So I know it is not an sti. Please help :)

A test a month ago does not mean you are "clean" today. Some diseases take some time to develop.

You need to see a Physician. No one here can diagnose this problem for you and you could be driving deeper by attempting to squeeze/pop it.
