So I mailed off the form for my birth certificate and paid for it.
I haven't received it .
Its been like two months now
I talked to a representative . They said do it again but online
Went to do it online and they trying to charge me like forty dollars.
And I already paid for the first one.
What am I suppose to do now.
Any ideas?
