I have no idea who "the person" is and where you are BUT you cannot be emancipated (which is what legal age is called when you want to live on your own) until your education is completed, you have YOUR OWN PLACE to live (not with friends or relatives) and you can support yourself.

    Can you do those things?

If you are under foster care go back to the agency that placed you. But as Judy said you can't live on your own unless you are legally emancipated. Not all areas allow legal emancipation before age 18. Those that do require that you show you can live TOTALLY on your own before granting it.

You can move out at 18, at 15 you live where you are required to live.

So where do you live, mother ? Father ? Foster care ? What?
